This week I had a robust conversation with Holly Hartman and it was illuminating! Holly is a super connector and helps women crack the code of communication by making safe containers for women to collect and collaborate both online and in person.

Her approach is rooted in a belief in collaboration over competition, recognizing that by working together, we can achieve far more than we ever could alone. Holly is driven by a genuine desire to bring people and communities together, leveraging our collective strengths to address complex challenges and create positive change.

Holly Hartman is the new Director of RAARE Woman Collective (RAARE: Radical Action Advancing Racial Equity), and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for The WO Network: Women Leaders of Louisville. Holly is passionate about advancing women's equity and racial equity, and empowering women to lead transformative change.
