Wayne Gatt is the Secretary of The Police Association Victoria, which represents about 17,300 Victoria Police members. Wayne has been a strong voice for addressing the issue of mental illness in frontline workers and denouncing some of the pitiful sentences handed down by Victorian courts. It was a pleasure to talk to Wayne about his personal journey and his focus for the future.
