I started this new thing in the morning where as SOON as I shut my alarm off, I turn on Facebook live and talk for 90 seconds about what's on my mind. It's probably the most vulnerable state I can be in. Sometimes I remember my dreams and can talk about them, but today, I didn't remember anything. Went a little deeper into the meanings of that here on the podcast today.

I was also checking out my new mic that I got on Cyber Monday! Wanted to reward myself for not doing anything on Black Friday other than hosting a webinar on how to talk to strangers... maybe I should've hosted it on Grey Thursday (Thanksgiving or whatever) to prepare people for the incivility of the holiday the day after.
