Today, we're talking to Matt Hall who happens to be a current client of mine and he runs a business called Common People.  They make conversion-focused websites for copywriters.

He's a great guy.  And here are some things you're going to want to look out for:

  1. I think the whole theme of this conversation is about taking control of your destiny, and building a life and business by design.  So that is a huge theme during this conversation.
  2. He talks a lot about starting with the goal in mind and how that has affected the way he's been building business, and also how happy he is with his life and his business.
  3. Changing direction. So, even when things are hard, like when you're getting up to a point where you know it's time to shift direction, how do you make those shifts and move forward?
  4. The power of small steps to achieve big things.  He even talks about how you can take different skills in your life and bring them together to create an awesome offer for your audience.
