Welcome to Me Versus Me!!!  We are MAYKR and Shana, and we’re the creators of Me Versus Me (MVM).  We’ve been together for 6 years, and married for 4 1/2 of those years. We got married extremely young, had successful careers, bought a house, bought a dog, and yet were BOTH depressed and on the verge of divorce.  That reality hit us hard, but it’s ultimately what led us to this truth: Me Versus Me.  

In this show, we’re going to look at all of the buckets of life - from relationships, to business/careers, family and friends, health and fitness, mental health, and more - and explore how WE are the ones stopping ourselves from experiencing the joy and abundance that we all crave.  In this first 5-episode season, we’ll dig more into this truth, and bring to the forefront the duality that exists everywhere in life, both inside and outside of us (good/evil, happy/sad, rich/poor, light/dark, up/down, etc…)
