It’s 2023!! Happy New Year! What can you do differently for your job search this year? This is our first PODCAST also published on YouTube as video to give my followers more choices! Stay Tuned and enroll in your favorite Podcast Channel! 

Here is a sum of what you will learn today:

 1- Identify clearly what you want to do next. Generic, one stop shop are not the most popular profiles when it comes to being selected as an expert. Define your value proposition and focus on it.   

2- Identify initial 10 companies that really need you and your value proposition. Then reach out to them via LinkedIn. Find their company page, check who are all the employees and see if you have common connections to leverage from a direct introduction, if not prepare a compelling message and reach out.  

3- Remember to also reach out to headhunters, recruiters, and talent acquisition profiles. Even if they don’t respond to you, eventually they could contact you because they might have a position that then matches your experience, so make sure to reach out to those who really are in your area/ industry of expertise to make sense your time and theirs.  

4- Lastly keep an active visibility by meeting people, showcasing your expertise, post, writing on LinkedIn, reacting to other’s post that have a similar industry experience to yours so they can notice you and perhaps reach out to you if they are looking for someone with your profile.  

Above all stay positive and determined. The law of attraction means you attract what you believe and can imagine first to be true. So practice some kind of visualizations exercise on a daily basis and see miracles happen in your life.
