Episode 1: Why Can’t I Stop Thinking?

In this first episode, we explore one of the most common frustrations in meditation — the feeling that you “can’t stop thinking.” You’ll learn why this happens, what meditation is actually training, and how to work with your thoughts instead of fighting them.

This episode includes a short, guided meditation to help you practice noticing thoughts and gently returning to the breath.

I’m Deb Phelps from Peaceful Wellness. I’ve been a meditation practitioner since 1980, a certified teacher, and I teach people how to meditate as well as guide those who feel called to become meditation teachers.
