There is no doubt that Louise loves to help people feel better about themselves which is evident in this podcast. She’s had a few different reactions for being a woman in trade, criticised for being too short. This did not stop Louise as larger bulky muscle men on the job always asked her for help as they could not fit into small spaces. She talks about her mental health journey with anxiety and depression, but life seems to be on the up for the mechanic and pole dancer!
