Allister is joined by Andre Moniz, the Manager of the Office of the Whistleblower at the Ontario Securities Commission, to discuss the office and some of the other teams he is involved with. Allister and Andre participated in a recently completed series of 13 telephone town halls as part of the OSC in the Community outreach program. This conversation seems to continue that conversation as these two experienced colleagues discuss whistleblowing, disruption, international cooperation, and the importance of the public in coming forward with information and their concerns.
