Wedding seasons vary by planner and typically by their geographic location. It's all relative. As a New Orleans based planner, my slowest months are typically July and August, with a least one event in July and never any in August. This time around, I decided to be super intentional with my "off time" my analyzing my company from top to bottom, and putting some actionable items in place to set the tone for slow seasons to come.
