Project Based Learning is a philosophy at the heart of the EL Curriculum, and so, at the heart of everything we do here at The Ivy School to create an impact in the world of early childhood and elementary education.
You may have heard about the projects our students engaged in last year, with our first graders becoming bird experts after a semester long research into the bird species of Pakistan, and our second graders raising awareness about the endangered Banyan tree, through their Banyan Tree Project. Through these, we were able to see the benefits of Project Based Learning first-hand, as we saw our little saplngs grow into caring and conscientious individuals, ready to find solutions to problems around them, and bring a positive impact on their community by working together.
This week, we've had the immense pleasure of having a chat with Mr. Ron Berger, Chief Academic Officier at EL Education, and speak to him about all the things that inspire us in the world of education.
