Gem Ray is owner and president of Scottsdale Nights. A very successful lifestyle and nightlife concierge service based in Scottsdale, Az. Thanks to their well-oiled marketing strategy they command influence in many major U.S. cities.  Gem is also a Le Cordon Bleu culinary & hospitality management graduate and former chef at the world famous Playboy Mansion.
