Welcome back !!! Today's episode is one I believe everyone should hear. I know we are all a little guilty of chilling on the couch on our off days "Scrolling" ,am I wrong? But, for those of you who get up from that rest have a habit of feeling almost More Tired!!! I'm sure you are wondering "How is this possible ??". This is because although your body is physically resting, your mind is going 1,000 miles per hour while you are mindlessly scrolling. Hopefully the tips I use to get me out of this scrolling state will help other's along their journey. Really knowing the difference between productive rest and mindless rest makes a huge difference in my productivity on my off days.
