The season finale is featuring Nihel Smith a multiple business owner, educator and mentor in the beauty world. She began doing lashes at the age of 18 from her bedroom and today is running 2 successful businesses, a community pages as well as educates women to be lash technician. She explains the struggles of growing up in a traditional house, where the sciences are valued over becoming an entrepreneur, especially as a woman. Although it was hard for her to break those norms, she pushed past this and decided to go on her own path which has led to multiple successful businesses. She gives tips on how to start a business as a young individual, as well as the factors that she believes will lead to be successful in the entrepreneurial world. We focus on the importance of small habits and how that will lead to long term success in ones life. This inspiring conversation is amazing for young woman who may be scared to take on the businesses they have always dreamed of.  We touch upon the topic of mental health and how it impacted her journey and how it has made her into the boss woman she is today. Nihel has experienced various challenges to make it to where she is today. She is truly inspiring and really has left a mark on me.
