How to handle a conflict? Difficult thing for us leaders. 

Yes! 

Because we always love to take action. 

We love to jump in 

and love to solve things, 

but 

if there is a conflict 

between two team members. 

I recommend not stepping in. 

Enable them to solve it themselves. 

If you have two people 

and they solve it themselves 

as part of your team, 

this will strengthen the team.

Don't jump in and solve it for them. 

Help them to solve it themselves.
