Our guest today is Mark Ormrod MBE, a former Royal Marine, Invictus Games athlete, author and motivational speaker. In 2007 whilst serving in Afghanistan, Mark triggered an improvised explosive device (IED) during a routine foot patrol. He suffered serious injuries resulting in a triple amputation, but he survived - making him the first British serviceman to ever do so.
