Refocusing on God

I don't know about you, but life always seems to get thrown off just a little bit. This past month has been really hecktec and I didn't notice when my focus began to change from Christ, to everything that has been going on around me.  I started falling into a cycle of constant worry and stress.  It wasn't until a bible study from Proverbs 31 ministries that helped me discover that my focus was off and because of that, flipping my entire heart for Christ around.  Come sit with as I sort through how to refocus on God.
