Preparation, resilience, toughness, and leadership are just some of the skills Ryan Hawk learned playing quarterback at Centerville high school near Dayton Ohio.  A decision his parents made would forever impact not only his football career but would eventually lead him to impact hundreds of thousands of others through his passion for learning and his curiosity around what makes the most successful people great at what they do.
