Nobody likes to fail. In fact, we don't even like to bring up the topic of failing. And we do everything we can to make sure no one sees us fail.

But learning from failure is a critical leadership skill. Let's flip the script on failure.

Not only can we learn to leverage success from failure, we can get good at it, knowing it propels us to new levels of growth, self awareness and opportunity.
