Weddings are tricky things to plan. They seem easy at the outset however the closer you look and the closer your wedding day gets the more detail there is to prepare for.

Over the last 20-years of taking wedding photos we have come to understand that the people who enjoy their day the most are the ones that are the most relaxed, and there is only really one way to relax on your wedding day, and that is to be prepared well in advance.

It is important to set the tone of your wedding day at the getting ready phase of the day. If everything is running on time and is going according to the plan then everything else that comes after the getting ready section will come much easier.

In today's podcast Sue and Rob cover off some of the most obvious things you need to think about well in advance of your wedding day. But don't make the mistake of thinking that you will be able to wing it on the day and solve any problems that arise.

Be proactive about the way that you go about your planning and if you get it right and use the tools that we give to you then you won't get caught up in a stressful situation reacting to something that should have been solved in advance.
