  • Joint spouse relationships or mil to mil is such a challenge.  I’m grateful to get a glimpse of this with my friends Nate & Felicia (we hooked them up btw, so you’re welcome) and shout out to Nate’s book of poetry.
  • Talking to functional, communicate with your spouse, manage expectations, and creating a career plan that’s complementary
  • Dual military couples are encouraging.  Both have a career and they are figuring out how to accomplish their goals together.

    • Loved how their stories of how they met were so different and it was super entertaining.  They are an extremely relatable couple.
  • Watching dual military couples make it work is so commendable.  They come together to make their family work. “Your family should be successful” - Felicia Wells
  • Being on the same page, mutual respect & understanding is huge.  This takes effective communication, not talking at your spouse, but talking to your spouse.  Take ownership, apologize, be conscious of tone and really listen to your spouse.
  • We fix what’s broken versus throwing it away.  Applying this to your marriage will make all the difference.  Stay committed to your spouse.  We want to see those hearts in the comments if this resonates with you.
