Through her journey Karen has been a part of various consulting projects such as the American Cancer Society and New York State Department of Education to name a few. Karen also moved into teaching as an Adjunct professor at Montclair University at the department of public health and she is currently focused on equity, access, and opportunity for underserved girls in her role at the Women’s sport foundation.
