Matt is a sales expert and the author of "Open With A Close". He is the founder of the Elite Closing Academy, which provides elite coaching around sales and the closing process.
Here, he talks openly about his journey through learning everything he could about sales since he was 18 years old; some of the ways in which sales people could improve their technique by listening more effectively and starting with the end in mind; and why the death of a loved one provided the ultimate clarion call to changing his life and stepping outside of his comfort zone.
