Are you familiar with Intermittent Fasting?


Intermittent Fasting is an eating/nutrition strategy that involves eating ONLY during certain windows during the day, every day.


The main idea is that during your 4-8 eating window, you may eat all of your meals for the day. Outside of that eating window, you can NOT eat, otherwise you violate the rules and defeat the purpose.


In this episode, I go into MUCH more detail into how to apply this, why to do this, what the benefits are and when the right times are to deploy an eating window and fasting window.
