Ep.108 The Mysterious Case of the Anonymous Dick Shipment

Listen Later

Episode 108 brings in one of Mike's oldest friends, Sulf, who apparently has been "invited before"… according to Mike. The rest of us are hearing about it for the first time. Welcome to the show, Sulf.

The guys crack open Booker's 2025-03 "Jerry's Batch", while realizing that only ONE listener caught last week's sneaky Easter egg celebrating the anniversary of the Bottled in Bond Act. Either we're clever… or everyone skipped that part.

Sulf also reveals that he played fantasy football for the first time ever this year… and won the league, which immediately makes Mike and Alex dislike him on principle.

From there the stories spiral out of control:

  • A camping trip at Detroit Lake that included throwing rocks at each other because no one could find a football (great idea).

  • Sulf attempting a heroic catch… with his testicles.

  • A guy who brought a wheelbarrow camping and promptly went end-over-end down a hill.

  • Mike trying to befriend recently released prisoners at a campsite just in case "things went sideways."

But the highlight might be when Sulf admits he once sent Mike a surprise package from Shipadick.com — a pint glass full of tiny cardboard dicks with a note that simply said "Thinking of you."

Naturally, Mike assumed it was a company reaching out for advertising and called them to ask about a sponsorship. Unfortunately, they absolutely refuse to reveal who sent the dicks.

Ten minutes of investigative journalism later, the guys decide that if big brands won't sponsor the podcast… maybe anonymous dick delivery companies will.

The episode wraps with karaoke night memories and Mike learning an important life lesson: If you keep ordering whiskey, maybe finish the ones you already hid around the bar first.

🥃 Cheers.
