Dr. Alex is a formerly burnt-out Chiropractor and 7 figure business owner known for setting figurative fire to the practice that at the height of its success, after it became like a prison to her. She learned a lot of hard lessons in the process, including healing from the depths of burnout and an eventual bankruptcy as the Universe tried to get her to pay attention and learn to do life differently.  

On the other side of unearthing layers of trauma and unwinding the shadows of being a high achiever, she has expanded her knowledge into the realms of truly healing both physically and emotionally from the curve balls life tends to throw our way. 

Dr. Alex has returned to her Chiropractor practice and is also the founder of Emergent Humans.  Where she now helps others find their path toward harmony in life. She is also the host of “Live & Lead with Heart” podcast and author of “Unearthing Selfless Syndrome”.
