Getting used to the idea of failure isn't exactly everyone's cup of tea. It sucks, it's messy, and I don't think anyone is too particularly fond of admitting defeat and potential rejection. But I've learned that it's crucial to turn this relationship with failure and mistakes into one filled with compassion and empathy. Mistakes can be huge learning opportunities, and it's up to us to turn it into a rewarding experience from which we can grow.
