In 2007, 45-year old DeAnna and her partner Tom move into a house on Maple Avenue in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Not even on the market yet, the house pulls at Deanna, driving her to obsession. When she and Tom finally move in, strange things start happening immediately. A face in the window, strange odors, bad dreams, and footsteps outside her daughter's room are just the beginning. As the activity escalates into more sinister territory, DeAnna and her daughter come face to face with the darkness in their home.
