The Abez Show is an audio and video podcast featuring episodes of acclaimed experts in the industry, tackling topics from Leadership, Growth, to Mental Health, hosted by Abe Seksek, the visionary behind the show. In this eleventh episode, we have Zeena Majali, Co-Founder of Crystel, the first independent multilingual outsourcing contact center in Jordan, with a vision of changing the face of customer service experience in Jordan and the Middle East. Zeena completed her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication at Northeastern University and then obtained her Masters degree in Applied Communication Research at Boston University. She then started working in the fields of market research and advertising in both Jordan and the US. From 2013 to 2019, she was also elected to be a board member of Int@j (the Information Technology Association of Jordan). Zeena’s latest entrepreneurial journey involves co-founding Xina AI, mainly focusing on building the first Intelligent Arabic Voice Assistant.
