I talk about a client who was maintaining a really old, untrue, irrelevant belief from her past and it was really holding her back. Once we identified it and reframed it, she was able to let it go.

I'll also explain why it's so important to just be your most authentic self and stop trying to appeal to everyone. There's a lid for every pot! The more YOU you are, the more easily you will attract people who really resonate with you and love you for YOU.
