We have hit a crossroad in our podcasting career, and it’s time for a change. Jacob and I both agree that we needed directionality in our podcast and this is where we landed. In this first episode of our new podcast “Makers, Figuring it out…” we give you a look at our thought process and how we ended up where we are now. You will hear our unedited, minus a few beeps, thanks Jacob, conversation on where we want to focus the podcast, who we want as a target audience but not exclude our loyal listeners, what is the format for the show, and finally and most importantly how we came up with the name of the podcast. You will also hear some of the other names we spitballed around before landing on a name we both liked. The re-branding also will also bring Jacob a sense of ownership of the podcast, as opposed to feeling like he is just the co-host, he is now a full partner in this podcast and his opinion, thoughts, and ideas will count equally between us both.
