Wayne Cordeiro is the founding pastor of the 14,000 member church, New Hope Oahu in Hawaii. He has planted over 100 churches in and around the Pacific rim and has authored several outstanding books; some which include two of my favorites, "Leading on Empty" and "Sifted". 

Wayne's success has not come without a price. He has experienced severe burnout and seasons of depression along the way, which led him to write so extensively on the subject.
