Aqua Digital Rising has begun its pre-funding round ahead of its official launch in January 2021. The firm is a new alternative-asset and analytics investment platform which links big data analytics with AI to construct indices based on humans – using mathematics, AI, machine learning and big data analytics to create alt-assets allowing investors to identify and put a value on success.
