Dave was an active-duty Marine and had been for 13 years, and he is currently in the reserves. In 2015 he purchased his first real estate investment–A duplex that he houses hacked–and he went all in on real estate and finance!   

In 5 years he went from a negative net worth to a millionaire with 100+ rental units, and was able to transition off active duty to work for himself!
