Title: Interview with Lisa Richmond a Goddess in my eyes.
Lisa is a mother of three, a wife and absolutely loves all things "Earthy, holistic and Woman". Lisa started her career path as a developmental psychologist, with a focus on early childhood mental health, and family support. She soon saw there was a bit a gap in the system for the support and space that was held for woman in vulnerable relationships, and who were struggling to raise their children with a lack of knowing who they truly are. Lisa dove into a holistic style of healing, specifically for woman and children using yoga, movement, counselling and natural healing practices. Her focus is to teach conscious awareness in oneself and helps to foster and grow self love in each and every person she works with.
Lisa enjoys travelling with her family and has just returned from a trip around the world with her husband and three children, and now hopes to incorporate all the global lessons she learned, along with her inner "knowing" and continue to grow her work with women and children with her holistic healing practices.

Hayley Loewen is an Intuitive Life Coach, owner of I Am Blessed Mala Beads, Yoga Teacher and Psychic Medium. She was born to help women find their true selves. She lived most of her life being the person others wanted her to be. Whether that was family beliefs or societal pressure, Hayley tried to follow "the norm" until it caused her to crumble into a million pieces. Figuring out how to put herself back together again was a challenge. Being a sensitive empath and intuitive she heard a call to take Yoga Teacher training. Through this training she discovered how to fully listen to herself. After learning and practicing mindfulness, intention setting and developing her intuition she found herself again. Hayley knew that she wasn't alone in her feeling of being out of touch with her truth. It became her mission to help women find theirs through listening to their souls once again.
