Hello Lovely Listeners and Welcome back to Afters... with Joe and Chelsea!

We are very excited to get onto the topic of Nutrition. With it being January and more people focusing on their health, we think this is a very relative topic to be discussing. 

What does nutrition mean to you? What does diet mean to you? Should we have more of a focus on what nutrition our body needs? And how do we do this when everyone is different? If these are some of the questions you are asking yourself come and join our conversation now! We should be focused on our own unique nutritional needs and with January being the month that social media is blasted with FAD diets and people telling you what it is you should be doing, it can be hard to get away from all that confusion and just tune into what your own body is telling you. 

Everyone is different. Everyone will need to eat a different diet. Everyone will need different levels of nutrition depending on their health goals.
