In this episode we were joined by Nutritionist Rachel Eagleton, discussing the essentials of nutrition and running, cutting through all the different things you may hear on the internet. Nutrition doesn’t have to be too complex, eat whole foods, carbs are your friend, and post race beers aren’t going to kill you. We talk about our favourite post-race meals, and what you should eat before a run.
