We are all experts about ourselves, our own situations and experiences.  Reverse Mentoring provides a structure for you to share this expertise with a senior manager, to influence and inform their future decision making.

Following a matching process, Mentors and Mentee meet for 1 hour a month, for 6 months and both Mentors and Mentees receive training and support for their roles.
