The junior high years are generally known to be tough ones - kids are straddling the strange transition between childhood and adulthood. For those walking alongside them during that season of confusion, it can be a wild ride, and so it is not lost on us that small group leaders of this age group are a special breed. 

This week we sit down with Larry Dyck from our Vineland location to talk about his heart for the R!OT students in our community. With close to 30 years (!) of pouring into preteens, he talks about the challenges they're facing, the joy they bring, and how one small group leader can change a life (even if it might not feel like it in the moment!).
