One of my fav episodes to date - What a guy Ed is. From professional Rugby player to Quadriplegic. From never walking again, to scaling mountains a year later. Resilience in spades.

Who knew, wiggling your toe would lead to so many adventures. I love his resilience, his willingness to push boundaries, and the ability to say yes, and figure it out as he goes along.
