(Slavicka - Hula Hoop Dancing)

 

In this episode, I had the honour to have Slavicka as my guest. She shared with me her interest in hula hoop dancing as her hobby.

 

Hula hoops may seem like a simple circle at first but it has the capability to get your body moving. For Slaicka, she enjoys combining hula hooping with dancing because it allows her to get a full-body workout and also groove to some awesome tunes. One of Slvicka’s biggest challenges with hula hooping was to work on her patience and trying to master a move right away. However like everything in life, the more you do it, the better you will become and you might even end up creating something completely different and make it your own.
