Chief Training Officer at Richwood International
T.R. Richardson is a renowned Speaker, Trainer, and Facilitator dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals. With a background in Psychology, Business, and Leadership Development from Florida International University, he has trained over 400,000 people nationwide through in-person and virtual sessions.
As the Chief Training Officer at Richwood International, T.R. specializes in Executive Leadership Coaching, Workforce Development Training, and GovCon Business Development Consulting. He serves as a Board Member of The $1,000 Start-Ups Consortium, and the previous Executive Director of The Nassau Racial Equality Coalition. Beverly Sartain is the President of the Holistic Coach Training Institute, where she trains aspiring coaches on coaching skills and business set-up. The Holistic Coach Certification Programs are ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accredited that focuses on a holistic approach to coaching. We see Clients as whole, complete and resourceful to create creative solutions to their challenges and issues. During her ten-year career in nonprofits, she managed and developed domestic violence and co-occurring residential programs. Beverly is a Certified Addictions Professional. She has her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the ICF.
