Today I’m joined by the beautiful Catherine Canning—author, inner-child healing mentor, retired teacher of 40 years, and devoted mum through adoption.
Cathy opens up about growing up in a turbulent home, the decades-long path that led her to EMDR, somatic work, and Brainspotting, and the moment she realised her “many inner children” needed to be seen, heard, and integrated.
We also discuss the twisty path of her spiritual awakening (COVID in 2020 was a catalyst), leaving the church, discovering intuitive tools, and finally saying yes to her abilities inside my Mediumship Academy. This one’s tender, real, and a journey to self dscovery.
