Today we have a very special guest Greg Lambiase and he will tell us what his experience was with Country Wide Mortgage before the housing bust and how the practices back then lead to him being approved way over what his “real” income would have approved him for. Hopefully we can learn from the mistakes of the past and if you see signs that your mortgage person is pushing you to do some things so you can be approved for more even though you know you cant afford it, don’t do it.
