What does emotional health mean to you?&nbsp; Emotionally Speaking is a podcast focused on finding strategies for living an emotionally healthy life.&nbsp; Peter Leonard, the Chief Executive of the Centre for Emotional Health asks a range of guests to describe a particular challenge they have faced and to share their coping mechanisms for emotionally challenging experiences - anxiety, stage fright, loneliness, addiction, fatigue, family difficulties and clinical depression. Their challenges could be ongoing, or in the distant past. Each guest talks reflectively about its impact.
