JJ is a newer part of the Running Science community, coming into us for shoes (and advice) after developing a horrible ITB injury 6 months ago. As you’ll hear we discuss how JJ struggled with the injury, but also how he overcame it through a variety of different strategies.

What’s the longest injury you’ve had and how did you overcome it? for JJ, shoes were the final thing that ‘fixed’ his problem, but we know this is certainly not the case for most people, what’s worked for you?
