It’s tough out there! No-one is buying!

When times are tough it can be tempting to tell a story that justifies our unwanted results. Some might call them excuses, others reality. The key is being aware of the stories we tell, and rather than accept and explain, let’s lean into the challenge and investigate each situation to train for gain.

In this podcast we’ll also look at the negative side of KPI’s, and what we can do to use this data as insight into future coaching opportunities. Science shows us that we attract what we focus on, so rather that have an expectation of non performance, let’s look for the gold in every opportunity.
