Derek has helped many people retire from their full-time jobs using income from cash-flowing real estate. He is a real estate coach and is passionate about helping others achieve true financial independence using passive income from real estate investments as a primary vehicle for creating wealth.

In August 2020, Derek has published his first book "Part-Time Real Estate Investing for Full-Time Professionals." He also loves to give back his knowledge and has a passion for breaking down complex topics into easy to explain topics. He’s helped many people start, maintain, and grow their portfolios to achieve their own financial independence. In his spare time, Derek enjoys relaxing with his wife, biking, hiking, reading, household construction projects, spending time with his wife, and playing strategy and adventure games.
