This month our travels brought us a little closer to home as we investigated the (fairly) newly opened location of the Historic Stark Saloon in Rosedale, Indiana. We'd be lying if we said we didn't initially leave this place feeling a bit skeptical, but upon further review and reflection, it seems there may be more here than we initially realized.
