Have you heard of the fawn nervous system response? It’s a trauma-induced reaction that occurs when individuals feel the need to appease and please others to avoid perceived danger or conflict. Common symptoms of the fawn response include people-pleasing behaviours, difficulty setting boundaries, struggling to say no, and taking responsibility for others' emotions.
